Welcome to the PREMIER property of Pigeon Forge! Nestled at the foot of the Great Smoky Mountains in Tennessee, RiverStone Resort and Spa offers fabulous amenities while being in close proximity to MANY attractions. It is less than two miles to fun-filled Dollywood and Splash Country. Outlet shopping malls, several dinner theatres, WonderWorks, Titanic Museum, Dixie Stampede, amusement parks, The Island, and many restaurants are within minutes of this sought after resort. We are located less than two miles to the NEW CAL RIPKEN BASEBALL FACILITY. Other attractions or activities include: Gatlinburg Country Club, hiking trails, ziplines, horseback riding, Glades Artist Community, Gatlinburg, Smokies Ball Park, convention centers, sports complex, Douglas Lake and Dam, Cades Cove, many churches, Harrah's Cherokee Casino, and The University of Tennessee in Knoxville.
Our condo offers 3 bedrooms, two full baths, living room/dining room/kitchen area, and large balcony. The balcony overlooks The Little Pigeon River that flows out of the mountains. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, Blu-Ray DVD player, direct access to the balcony, large master bath with granite counter, separate walk-in shower, Jacuzzi tub and large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a king size bed and a flat screen TV with Blu-Ray DVD. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a flat screen TV with Blu-Ray DVD. The second bath has granite counters with full size tub and shower. The living room has a gas fireplace, flat screen TV with a Blu-Ray DVD, two leather recliners and a sleeper sofa. The dining room has a table and six chairs. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless appliances, granite counters, and a Keurig coffee maker. There are also 3 barstools at the kitchen bar for a total seating for 9. The balcony has a table and 4 chairs with an additional 2 chairs and small table. There is a full size front load washer and dryer.
The amenities are awesome! There is a large indoor pool with a hot tub and separate baby pool. Also, within the pool area is a large work-out room and community room. Outside the pool area is a large play area with swings and slides. In the main lobby, there is a full service spa with meeting rooms and party services(that can be rented from resort management). But not to be forgotten is the awesome lazy river that flows outside and offers views of the majestic mountains. There is also covered parking, a Gazebo on the bank of the river, and beautiful landscaped grounds.

Summary: This was our second time staying at Riverstone Resort. The condo was beautiful, clean and very conveniently located to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, the Smoky Mountains and Dollywood. We enjoyed the lazy river, indoor pool and workout facility as well. We would highly recommend staying at the resort/condo to anyone thinking about visiting the area.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Pigeon Forge! The unit was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, making it feel cozy and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, and having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge convenience during our trip. The beds were very comfortable—we all slept great—and the balcony offered a lovely view that made our mornings and evenings even more relaxing. The location was perfect, close to all the local attractions and great restaurants, yet still peaceful and quiet. Kitty, the owner, was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and helpful with any questions we had. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book this condo again in the future!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay so much. Everything was so clean and well taken care of. My kids loved it. 3 bedrooms made it extra comfortable. Location was perfect as well. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything. We will be staying here again

Summary: The condo was better than we could hope for. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we could need. Our boys loved that the lazy river pool was right next to our condo. My husband’s favorite spot was the balcony listening to the river. If we ever go back to Pigeon Forge I would definitely want to stay at this condo

Summary: First of all, the owner was very responsive, she answered any questions we had very quickly. The grounds are well taken care of and there was plenty of parking. When you walk in the unit you feel like there is an element of luxury. Nice bedding, upscale kitchen and appliances and a fireplace. Luxury doesn't stop there at Riverstone there is a Spa. Plan ahead like we did and book a massage online at the spa. The signature spa includes hot rocks! We found great restaurants: Local Goat in Pigeon Forge, The Peddler in Gatlingburg, and The Old Mill Pottery House Cafe. We like to walk, and we could access the river walkway across from Riverstone and walk to the Old MIll area, Patriot Park and even down to the Island. We enjoy the fun of the Island--love to watch the fountain there. Especially pretty with the lights. Overall, the experience that Kitty and Mark provide with this unit is spectacular it truly is a chance to experience luxury.

Summary: We have stayed at Riverstone in the past. As usual it is perfect for our family. We only had a short time to getaway and everything was perfect. Communication with Kitty was prompt and professional. The unit was very clean and well well maintained. Will stay again.

Summary: This was probably the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. Everything met or exceeded expectations. All of the kitchen supplies were of great quality. We also really enjoyed the pool area. My 4 year old loved the "baby" pool and we all appreciated a soak in the hot tub.
